○ Randy Broeckert earned his ASSOCIATES degree in Applied Science in Material Management from Lakeshore Technical College in 2002”.

○ Randy has lived in the Manitowoc area most of his life. Randy had been a production Planner in the manufacturing for over 13 yrs servicing both internal and external needs of customers or related departments.

○ Randy’s mother was a licensed Real Estate agent in Manitowoc. Randy's family had operated a variety of business throughout Manitowoc County the majority of his life ranging from bowling alleys, night club, tavern, and even a car wash.

○ Randy comes from over 20 yrs. in the construction industry and worked throughout the Eastern side of the state. Having this background helps me look for structural components of a home, quality of building materials and also the ability to visualize possible options as to what potentially could be changed to meet specific needs of the consumer. I enjoy listing to buyers needs and assisting in find a home that tells them yes this is the one you have been looking for.
○ Randy has two daughters and is the proud grandparent of two grand daughters.
